Function
The cap control system gathers and places the cap at a 30 ° angle. When the bottle split device separates the bottle, it moves through the cap area, lowering the cap and covering the bottle’s mouth. The bottle moves forward on the conveyor belt, and the capping belt tightly presses the cap as it passes by three pairs of capping wheels.
The capping wheels give force to both sides of the cap, the cap is tightened, and the bottle capping process is completed.
