Before you make the order, our sales will communicate all details with you until you get a satisfying solution from our technician. We can use your product or similar one in the China market to test our machine, then feed you back the video to show the effect.

After making the order, you can appoint an inspection body to check your double conical mixer in our factory.

2.What is the Use and Where to be Used For?

This double conical mixer consists of a support part, mixing tank, motor and electrical cabinet. 4.What is the Working Principle of the Double Conical Mixer?

A double conical mixer is designed to thoroughly mix free-flowing solids. The materials are manually or by vacuum conveyor fed into the mixing chamber via a fast feed port. Because of the 360-degree rotation of the mixing chamber, the materials are completely mixed with a high degree of homogeneity. Typical cycle times are about ten minutes. On the control panel, you can adjust the mixing time based on the liquidity of your product.

Safety Features

7. What’s the Better Choice Between a New Mixer and a Second-Hand Mixer?

The new mixer is the better choice because it is surely in good quality and you can get professional service and maintenance from the supplier;  But for the second hand mixer, you can’t get professional service from the supplier, and it is not easy to get customized spare parts in the market.

8. What Is the Best Shipping Method for a Mixer?

For transporting double conical mixer, the best shipping methods are by sea, air, and land. By sea, it usually takes 10–60 days, by air, 7–10 days, and by land, it varies depending on the area.

9. How to Confirm If the Machine Material is SS304 or SS316? 

 304 stainless steel is a multipurpose stainless steel that has a higher rust resistance than stainless steels in the 200 series. It is also better to have a high temperature resistance. The corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel is outstanding, as is the resistance to intergranular corrosion. While 316 stainless steel the corrosion resistance and high temperature strength of 316 stainless steel have greatly improved. It has a high temperature resistance of 1200-1300 degrees and can be used in harsh environments.

10. How Can I Find a Third Party to Check the Mixer Machine Quality?

12. Is The Mixer operated by Manual or Auto?
