Different Types of Filling Machine Powder
Dual auger filling within a single line of main-assist fillers and the original feeding system can keep accuracy high while reducing the need for time-consuming turntable cleaning.
The total number of stations has increased from 8 to 12. As a result, the turntable’s single rotation angle has reduced, improving running speed and stability significantly.
A four-head double linear auger head fills four times faster than a single auger head. Each lane has two filling heads, each capable of performing two independent fillings.

It is capable of accurate weighing and filling, and it can be combined with other machines to form a complete can-packing production line.
Dual Heads Rotary Process
– Two fillers, one for immediate and 80% target weight filling and the other for gradual supplementation of the remaining 20%.
– Two load cells: one following the fast filler to detect how much weight the slow filler needs to supplement, and one following the slow filler to remove reject.
The machine can automatically handle jar feeding, measuring, filling, weighing feedback, automatic correction, and other tasks. It is suitable for filling powdered materials.
Four Heads Filling Process
-Fillers 1 and 2 are located on Lane 1.
-Fillers 3 and 4 are located on Lane 2.
-The capacity of four fillers combined is four times that of a single filler.
Each lane has two filling heads, each capable of performing two independent fillings. A horizontal screw conveyor with two outlets would feed materials into the two auger hoppers.

Maintenance
- Add a small amount of oil every three or four months.
