Function
The powder filling and sealing machine can both fill and dose. It is appropriate for a wide range of industries, including medicine, agriculture, food, and more. A lathing auger screw ensures precise filling precision.

Line-Type Auto Process
For Line-Type Automatics, Bottles do an excellent job of dosing and filling. The bottle stopper holds the bottle back so that the bottle holder can elevate it under the filler, and the conveyor moves the bottle into position automatically. The conveyor automatically transports the bottles forward after they have been filled.
Semi- Auto Type Process
The semi-automatic powder filling machine is used for dosing and filling. Manually, the bottle or bag is placed on the plate beneath the filler and then removed when it has filled. To guarantee exact filling accuracy, use a lathing auger screw.
A photoelectric sensor or a tuning fork sensor is applied.
Powder Packing Line

1. Is The Machine Operated By Manual or Auto?
The powder filling and sealing machine can be operated manually by placing the bottle or pouch on the plate beneath the filler and then moving the bottle or pouch away once it has been filled.
It is also operated automatically. The bottle stopper holds back bottles so that the bottle holder can lift the bottle under the filler, and the conveyor moves the bottle in automatically. After the bottles have been filled, the conveyor moves them forward automatically.
2. Can I Use the Machine for Home Purposes?
Yes, the powder filling and sealing machine has a desktop table type, which is the smallest model for laboratory use. It is also suitable for home purposes since it is small and manually operated.
3. What Is The Maintenance Of The Machine?
-Add a little oil once every three or four months.
– Add a little Grease on the stir motor chain once every three or four months.

6. What Is the Function of Each Machine?
Standard Type
The semi-automatic powder filling and sealing machine type is ideal for low-speed filling. It can handle both bottles and pouches because the operator must manually arrange bottles on a plate under the filler and move them away after filling. The hopper can be completely made of stainless steel. Besides, the sensor could be a tuning fork sensor or a photoelectric sensor. Semi-Automatic with Pouch Clamp
It has a pouch clamp and is a semi-automatic powder filling and sealing machine. The pouch clamp will automatically hold the bag after stamping the pedal plate. It will automatically release the bag once it has been filled. Because the TP-PF-B12 is a big model, it includes a plate that raises and lowers the bag during filling to reduce dust and weight error. It has a load cell that can detect actual weight; gravity will cause an error if the powder is poured from the end of the filler to the bottom of the bag. New Type Four Auger Fillers
This machine is a complete, cost-effective solution to your filling production line requirements. Powder and granular measuring and filling consists of two sets of two filling heads, an independently motorized chain conveyor mounted on a sturdy, stable frame base, and all necessary accessories to reliably move and position containers for filling, dispense the required amount of product, and quickly move the filled containers away to other equipment in your line (e.g., cappers, labelers, etc.). The 4 auger fillers dosing and filling machine is a compact model that takes up little space, but it fills four times faster than a single auger head. It has a comprehensive control system. There are two lanes, each with two filling heads capable of performing two independent fillings.
