The Weighing Mode
After one round of screw twisting in volumetric mode, the powder volume is fixed. The controller will calculate how many rotations the screw must make to achieve the specified filling weight.
A load cell measures the filling weight in real-time while the weighing mode is under the filling plate. The first filling is rapid and mass-filled to obtain 80% of the needed filling weight. The second filling is gradual and accurate to complement the remaining 20% of the filling weight. The weight mode has a better level of precision.
