Semi-Auto Weighing & Filling

The powder volume is fixed after one cycle of screw twisting in volumetric mode. The controller will figure out how many spins the screw needs to complete to get the desired filling weight.

While the weighing mode is under the filling plate, a load cell measures the filling weight in real time.

The first filling is fast and mass-filled to achieve 80% of the required filling weight. The second filling is progressive and precise, completing the remaining 20% of the filling weight. The precision of the weight mode is better.

Semi- Automatic Filling Process

Semi automatic weighing and filling machine is used for dosing and filling. Manually, the bottle or bag is placed on the plate beneath the filling and then removed once full. To guarantee accurate filling accuracy, it includes a lathing auger screw.

The sensor is either a tuning fork sensor or a photoelectric sensor.

Volume Mode

The weight and volume modes are easily changed. The powder volume is reduced by twisting the screw once.

The number of spins required by the screw to produce the necessary fill weight will be specified by the control system.

Weight Mode

A load cell is placed beneath the filling plate to measure the filling weight in real-time. The first filling is fast and bulky, reaching 80% of the goal filling weight. The second filling is more exact and gentler, supplementing the remaining 20% based on the weight of the prior filling.

Weight mode is more precise, but it takes a little longer.

Yes, the  semi-automatic weighing and filling machine has a desktop table type, which is the smallest model for laboratory use. It is also suitable for home purposes since it is small and manually operated.

2.What Is the Best Type for a Large Amount of Material?

The big bag type is designed to hold a large amount of material weighing more than 5 kg but less than 50 kg. This machine can perform measurements, two-filling, up-down work, and other operations. The following is based on the weight sensor’s feedback. It’s suitable for filling fine powders that require precise packing, such as additives, carbon powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, and other fine powders, just like other types of  semi-automatic weighing and filling machines.
