Semi-Auto Weighing & Filling
The powder volume is fixed after one cycle of screw twisting in volumetric mode. The controller will figure out how many spins the screw needs to complete to get the desired filling weight.
While the weighing mode is under the filling plate, a load cell measures the filling weight in real time.
The first filling is fast and mass-filled to achieve 80% of the required filling weight. The second filling is progressive and precise, completing the remaining 20% of the filling weight. The precision of the weight mode is better.
