Function

With each turn of the V powder blender, the powder in the two cylinders moves into the central common area, causing the powder to congregate and scatter constantly. The fill-up volume should be 40–60% of the total mixing volume.

This allows the powder inside the machine to move freely, resulting in a good mixture.

With Intensifier Bar

Inside the V-powder blender tank is a removable (optional) intensifier bar. It aids in the improvement of powder material mixing efficiency. By charging or feeding powdered material to the V blender, we can ensure convenience and satisfaction. The interior of the V blender tank has been fully welded and polished. 100L V mixer
The outer surface is fully welded and polished, there is no material storage, and cleaning is simple and safe. Outside of the tank, all materials are stainless 304.
