The V powder mixer is a new and unique design of mixing blender from Shanghai Tops Group that comes with a glass door. It can combine more than two types of dry powder and granular materials. It has two openings on top of the “V” shaped tank that conveniently discharges the materials at the end of the mixing process, and it can produce a solid-solid mixture.

V-shaped, frame, a plexiglass door, a control panel system, and other parts. The base is made of square stainless-steel tubes. The frame is made of stainless-steel round tubes that can be easily cleaned.

A time relay based on the material and mixing process. For feeding and discharging materials, an inching button is used to turn the tank to the appropriate charging (or discharging) position.

The feeding inlet has a movable cover that is easily operated by pressing the lever. Edible silicone rubber sealing strips with excellent sealing performance and no pollution. It is made of stainless-steel construction.

The machine has a safety plexiglass door with a safety button, and when the door is open, the machine stops automatically, keeping the operator safe.

The inside is fully welded and polished. Discharging is simple and hygienic, with no dead angles. It has a removable (optional) intensifier bar that aids in increasing mixing efficiency.

The outer surface is fully welded and polished, there is no material storage, and cleaning is simple and safe. Outside of the tank, all materials are stainless 304.

How does a V Powder Mixer Work?

With Intensifier Bar
